Shipping procedure
Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that we have started processing your order. Processing usually takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped and you will receive an email with tracking details.
The delivery time is approximately 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday).
We are pleased to offer free delivery for all orders within Switzerland & United Kingdom.
Delays
You should receive your order within 8-13 business days (Monday - Friday). If your order has not arrived within this period, don’t worry – delays can occasionally occur due to peak season, holidays, weather, or other circumstances.
We ask you to allow an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us. If your order has not arrived by then, please contact us at info@bellarosa-mode.com and we will investigate the issue.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us at info@bellarosa-mode.com. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible, as we can no longer cancel your order once it has been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
In the rare case that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please take photos of the issue and send them to info@bellarosa-mode.com. We will promptly review your case and ensure that you receive the correct, undamaged item.
