Return window
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. To start the return process, contact us via info@bellarosa-mode.com. Please make sure that the items are unused and unworn and still in the original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Return process
Refund
After we have received your returned package, we will inspect it. Once the refund is approved, it will be transferred to the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Changed your mind and want a different item? That's no problem! Just contact us via info@bellarosa-mode.com and let us know what you would like to exchange, and we will guide you through the process.

If you receive damaged or incorrect items, we are happy to help! Take a photo of the problem and send it by email to info@bellarosa-mode.com. We make sure the problem is resolved and you receive the correct item or a replacement item.
